I believe this is Jay Cutler's all time best. He should've won the title in '01. He looks better here than in 2006 and 2009. He wasn't as "big and blocky" as he is today. Jay is smaller here but he's very cut with a smaller, tighter mid-section, giving him a nice v-taper and an overall better shape.

@MrShujinko you can try to do pyramide...so do 4 times... 1.time 8 press 2. 7x and add weight 3. 6x and add weight and the last six times and weight can still same as in the third

@MrShujinko Lets say that you're told to do 3 sets of 8 reps on Bench Press. This would be written as 3x8. So you would perform 1x8 for your first set and then go on to complete another 2 sets of 8 reps. So each time you finish 8 reps and rest, thats ONE SET.

jay looks much more shaped and conditioned from fron side but ronnie looks better from back.overall jay looks much better then ronnie here....
