Men and women are exact opposites. Why can't feminists admit that? To suggest that men and women have the same aptitudes, motivations, abilities, strengths and weaknesses and can or want to do the same jobs such as engineering is ludicrous. Feminism is a joke.

FINALLY: Something that remotely suggests that men and women are different. Very well intentioned video. It seems she hopes it will illicit a cease-fire between men and feminazis. We've reached a point where women have all the benefits without obligation. Do away with alimony and register women to be drafted to war and I will respect feminists.

"Do women also accept blame for the miserable divorce rate in the US?"
Indeed, we are quickly approaching the 80% rate in which women initiate divorces.

"*women who do choose the same jobs as MEN get lesser pay.
Typos! my bad"
Not only Typos, but also 100% incorrect.
It is outright illegal, and has been for decades to pay men more than women for equal work. Please don't argue on subjects you have little 'truthful' knowledge of.

I'm a guy, and this asshole MoveOnDotOrgg is extremely narrow minded. Why does everyone think femininity is an insult? FierceElectric was trying to say that we all have PSYCHOLOGICAL aspects of both genders. I'm surprised that MoveOnDotOrgg can't understand that. Also, "...radical far-left liberal femi-nazi head so deep in the weeds, it's no wonder why you can't see right from wrong..." is an extremely biased, conservative and stupid insult. Left-Wing and PROUD!!!

i like what you tried to do here, but i think you have focused too much on the concept of a gender binary, and in the future could discuss individuals who identify as gender-fluid or gender-ambiguous

MODO: Excellent question. This too, after all, is gender discrimination and I think that if a responsibility to the nation as a whole should be put on the youth of a nation, it should not separate itself simply by whether your genitals dangle or not. However, I myself am a pacifist, and therefore can't really see myself waltzing up there begging them to accept my registration form... if you catch my drift.
MoveOnDotOrgg (July 16th, 2008 @ 1:36 pm)
laureno07: okay, please explain why only males - 18yrs and up - are legally required to register with Selective Service? Where are the feminists on this issue?
laureno07 (July 16th, 2008 @ 7:10 am)
I do not proclaim to know everything in the least, but I am open to others' interests and beliefs, assuming they are not hostile or threatening. I feel like this childish banter between us is useless because it will just result in me shouting my "Fem-Nazi" arguments, as you put it, and you your anti-fem comments. We won't get anywhere. If we can't have a sane and/or fruitful discussion, could we just choose to not communicate at all for now? Thank you.
MoveOnDotOrgg (June 20th, 2008 @ 1:30 am)
FierceElectric : sure, keep fooling yourself girly - and why do you respond if your life is so full? Bye bye, I'm done, life is calling!
FierceElectric (June 20th, 2008 @ 1:24 am)
That seems kind of off topic. I'm not going to fight with someone over the internet who I don't even know. I could be doing something better with my time. It's not feminine it's called having a life.
MoveOnDotOrgg (June 20th, 2008 @ 1:20 am)
FierceElectric: ha, I know what you think before you think it. My aggressive posture indentifies my GENDER as male; your pulling away is clearly FEMALE.
