@insertBoringName Thats not betral!!! that would be saving her life! she needs help and a good friend wouldnt sit there and watch her slowly die. she might be angry with you at first, but she will one day realize you saved her life.

that was some scary shit im now after a few months of denying it, reilising one of my bestfreinds, has a pretty bad ed shes 5 foor 7 and 104pound, and she thinks shes fat i know how fucked up her head must be, but i just dont know how to help her can anybody tell me, if it gets worse (which it will, shes on diet pills now and shes taking 4 times the recomended amout and hasent eatin in 4 days) if it gets worse should i tell her mum, im quite close with her, but would that be a betraieal??
